I can't say enough good things about this company. I was in a rush to get my father's house ready for painting and though I contacted 5 companies, none even came to do the estimate. I contacted Jodi, who was available after 7. They showed up the next day for the estimate and when they came to do the work, they were terrific! I would like to commend ABC 12Tree on a job well done. I have two very large oaks in my front yard that needed to be heavily thinned and shaped as well as a large palm tree that needed to be removed. One of the things that I find to be a good sign of a reputable company, is how they do clean up. Bill has a great group of guys that genuinely care about the work they do not the words that some companies may only use but by the action. At first, I thought it was a job I could handle - Sea Grapes that had grown a little taller than our roof and a little wider, encroaching on the side of the house. So I started pruning not in the middle of a hot, sunny Florida day, but towards the evening, with the sun low on the horizon and a breeze coming off the Gulf. The first 30 minutes seemed like an eternity, and my clothes were drenched. Standing on the thin rungs of the ladder was tenuous, and cutting limbs over my head was, well, a mistake. Recognizing that this would be a week-long project, I called my sister, who suggested ABC 1-2-Tree who had used their service before. After reaching Jodi in the office, she scheduled a meeting to get an estimate. The next day Jodi and Heather both came over and gave us a reasonable quote. A date was set with a specific time, which they were early for, with a crew of 5 and two well-equipped trucks. Again, Jodi and Heather were there and made sure our wishes for the job were followed. Within an hour, the job was completed. A massive amount of branches that would have filled three or more garbage cans were removed, the porch was blown off, and everything was put back in order.
